Warm or Very Warm Increasing Risk of Showers

Saturday
Plenty of fine weather will continue into Saturday, especially across more northern areas of the British Isles where plenty of sunshine is forecast too. More central, southern and perhaps especially south-western areas of England and Wales may well see some scattered showers or isolated thunderstorms though as the day progresses. Warm or very warm and humid too. Highs 16C to 23C.


Saturday Night
An on-going risk of some showers or possible thunderstorms is likely to continue across more southern and south-western areas of England and Wales. Elsewhere though and after a dry evening with sunny spells Saturday night will be dry with plenty of clear spells and variable cloud. A mild or rather warm night, especially in towns and cities. Lows 8C to 14C.
 


Sunday
During Sunday and it is high pressure situated to the north-east that will continue to dominate the weather across many northern areas in particular. As a result N England, Scotland and perhaps N Ireland will maintain a lot of fine weather further spells of sunshine, perhaps prolonged at times. With low pressure developing just to the south of the British Isles though it will be more southern and south-western areas of England and Wales that maintain a risk of some further heavy showers or thunderstorms through the day. All areas warm or very warm and rather humid. Highs 17C to 24C.


Monday
During BH Monday and further very warm and rather humid conditions are forecast to continue. N England and especially Scotland will maintain a lot of dry weather with plenty of sunny spells. However, more central, southern and south-western areas of England and Wales are likely to be at risk of some heavy showers or thunderstorms, at times, during the day. winds E or SE'ly light or moderate. Highs 16C to 24C, lowest temps near to the east coast.
